US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton recently sustained a concussion after being dehydrated due to a stomach virus, causing her planned trip to the Middle East and North Africa to be canceled. Secretary Clinton is originally being set to testify on Capitol Hill on Thursday, December 20, on the attacks in Benghazi, Libya.
"While suffering from a stomach virus, Secretary Clinton became dehydrated and fainted, sustaining a concussion." A statement by Deputy Assistant Secretary Philippe Reines reads at State.gov on Saturday, December 15, 2012 on what happened to Mrs. Clinton, but did not provide further details.
