Twitter released its list of Twitter Top Tweets of 2012 this Tuesday, December 11, 2012, which includes not only the trending topics of 2012, but also those considered as the Golden Tweets, Pulse of the Planet, Only on Twitter, and also the top personalities who joined Twitter this year.
As noted by Twitter on its official blog that day, the so-called Golden Tweets include the top two tweets that generated the most Retweets this year, wherein President Barack Obama landed on top and Justin Bieber as second; along with some honorable mentions that also caught the attention of Twitter users worldwide.
